All of our pieces come with a lifetime warranty. Any repairs are free. PLEASE NOTE: Any work performed on diamsland jewel OFFICIAL pieces by outside jewelers will void the warranty. This is simply because we can never guarantee the work of others and most jewelers are not specialized in our settings or lab diamonds

What is your return and exchange policy?

Everything we do is completely custom-made, from start to finish, just for you. Every detail of your piece is created to your personal preference and cannot be returned or exchanged without quality issues. We have a strict approval process for both your stone and CAD design to confirm you like it before starting production to ensure you love your piece
