What shipping method is used?

We ship all orders via FedEx or DHL Express Priority Shipping. For our international customers, we always ship the fastest way via FedEx, your product will be delivered within 10-14 working days(including 5-7 Days  production time ). To ensure safe delivery of your domestic and international orders, we require a signature upon delivery. Alternatively, you can drop off your package at the nearest FedEx facility and pick it up securely with a photo ID. Once your package is shipped, our team will email you a tracking number so you can keep an eye on your shipment.

Can I change my shipping address after my order has been submitted?

Once your order has been placed, our team will be happy to assist you in changing your address. You can contact our team by sending us an email at diamslandjewel@gmail.com. Please note that once your item is in transit, the shipping address cannot be changed.
